Bird Walk at Silver Saddle Ranch

When:  Saturday, February 16, 9:00a.m.
Where:  Meet at the Red House at Silver Saddle Ranch

Activity Level:  Easy

Come join us at Silver Saddle Ranch to explore the world of birds!
Beginners are welcome.

We will bird the sagebrush habitat and the riparian area along the river and Mexican Ditch, looking for owls, hawks, and passerines. We may find ducks such as goldeneyes and mergansers in the river. If we’re lucky, we may be treated to some birds that come down from the Pine Nut Mountains, such as Pinyon Jays.

Remember to dress in layers and bring water, a snack, good shoes, and binoculars or a scope if you have it.

Please contact Emma Rosen directly to reserve your space.
